I have no idea who Frahm was (I suppose I should check him out on Wikipedia) but it seems he made an entire career of painting women in the 50's who were A) losing their panties and B) carrying celery.

Actually, I believe that, in this new era of scientific research, the most effective funding would come from running a few trial experiments, and selling the videos.
