Unifying Contradiction

So, my sweetie mentioned recently that she would really like this toy. I think the idea is that she can lay on the couch, watch TV and chase the cats with this gizmo, to keep them in line, or just make them paranoid. We know the cats really enjoy chasing, catching and chewing Nerf darts so this will either be great fun for them, or scare them silly. If money were more readily available, I'd buy it and find out.
