Websites and Job Openings.

swestrupSo, it looks like its been a pretty good day so far. It started with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
denizsarikaya pointing me towards an interesting job with what appears to be an interesting crew. I think I could actually enjoy working there, as opposed to just enduring it. Even if I don't get the job it gives me the warm fuzzies to know my friends are looking out for me! :-D
In other news, as_sps_ reported in his journal, I found an old website of his that we had both forgotten existed. It contains a preliminary version of the pooq website that I've been working to replace. I had begun to think that the files from that website were gone for good. Now it looks like I can leapfrog my self-imposed deadline of next Sunday, by installing the old website on my system and calling that a first pass. That way I can start mailing out job proposals as soon as the current DNS records are updated.
Meanwhile, I can work on the automation for the new version of the website without the feeling of EI-running-out doom that has been haunting me lately!
