Well, I'm awake again. I got about 5 hours sleep by going to bed right after supper when I was feeling full and sleepy. I would dearly love to get a few more hours because I know my body is not going to consider the 5 hour nap yesterday as having been part of my sleep cycle. If I start my day with this much sleep, I'll be nodding of come noon.

Then again, if I can't fall back asleep, I guess that's just what I'll have to put up with. First though, before giving up, I'm going to go make myself some chamomile tea and see if that helps.
