I'm not what anyone would call 'well' right now, but I seem to be somewhat improved from 'yesterday'. Thats in quotes since I've been sleeping on and off at random intervals as my sinuses allow. So anyway, right now I have only a slight headache and I can mostly breathe, and my voice is back (it was mostly gone yesterday) and so on. I still have all the symptoms, they're just reduced somewhat, and this is before taking my various medications (I just woke up).

So, crossing fingers, I hope that this cold is on the way out. Oh, and the release of the latest Harry Potter book causes me to ask: Can anyone lend me the Half-Blood Prince? I'm a full book behind in my reading.

*raises hand* But how can I get it to you? Wait, I will be on the West Island tomorrow late afternoon/early evening. Can I call the number on taxlady's business card at some point just before supper and run it up to you? I will be vehiculized so getting to you quickly and returning to my dinner party won't be a problem.

Thank you very much for the loan of the book. I have finished it now, so I suppose I should arrange to get it back to you. Are you by any chance going to the gay pride parade with Drew? If so, that would be a good opportunity for me to hand it back over.

I will be on the West Island all day Sunday, but you can indeed hand it off to Drew, Irkar or Anna Oosterbaan, who will all be there together. I'll get it from them at some point.

PS Did get my hands on #7 and finished it in just under 6 hours. Enjoy once you've gotten your hands on it.

The plan is for Linda and I to spend the weekend with friends on the other side of the island, but that may not happen now. (Linda is feeling a bit unwell). In that case I can give it to you Sunday somehow, or else I shall probably hand it off to Drew.
