I almost gave in today and signed up for Google Web History. If not for the privacy concerns, I'd go for it immediately. I read a lot of science articles on the web and more times than I can count I've tried to re-find one six months later, to no avail. With a comprehensive history of my web searching, I would have a much better chance of finding what I was looking for.

But, I'm not yet willing to let Google track everything I do on the web, for that bit of convenience.
