Tacos

Its a somewhat involved and messy affair to prepare tacos the way I like them, but man do I like the results! I am now sitting here in a state of severely happy tummy, while the aptly named washemupatron handles the dishes. All that it would take to make it perfect, would be a glass of wine for afters.

Oh, look! I DO have a glass of wine!

Hmmmmm.
