Noises in my Head

Its late. In fact, its so late that its gotten early. I tried going to sleep, but the sandman is being fickle. The momen I lie down, my head becomes full of all sorts of restless thoughts. Mental flotsam and jetsam, and it won't let me fall asleep.

So, I think I'm going to watch a TV show or two, and see if I can fall asleep after I've distracted myself for a bit.

No, but I've begun to think about searching out a sleep clinic.
