That Damned Catch-22

Right now its too hot in my office to think or do anything. We just went out and bought two air-conditioners at Reno Depot, and it would be cool in here if I installed one and turned it on, but right now that would take far more effort than I can generate.

So, there's my catch-22. If I had air conditioning, I would have the energy to install my air conditioner. Without it, I don't. But if I had it, I wouldn't have to install it.

I'm hoping I can gain enough energy to do it tomorrow, although I don't know how long I'll be home. There are a couple of things going on tomorrow downtown that I'm thinking of going to, but if I do, I won't be around when its cool enough to install the A/C.

Bleah. I can't decide. Its way too hot to think in here. I guess I'll go into the bedroom, the only air-conditioned room in the house, and I'll see if I can decide something once my brains have congealed somewhat.

Man, that sucks. Though, I would choose the A/C over the social things (assuming that they are social vs needed errands).... because I hate the heat.

It was 107 here today. Hottest day in 3 years. OMG it was freaking hot. I am soooo glad that I have central A/C... but then in Texas, most houses and apartments have it.

I remember the stifling heat we had last Summer and how hard it was to feel energetic or concentrate on anything!

Install the air conditioning tomorrow though, you'll be happy that you did! =)
