swestrupSo, one shopping trip at Reno Depot to pick up a 30m phone cable, and 5 minutes of running it up and down the stairwell to make sure it works, and we have internet again. I'll leave it running for the rest of the day, and if we haven't see any yoyos or dropouts by tomorrow, we'll declare it a success and drill the 2 or 3 necessary holes in the walls to run the cable in a more permanent (and less trip-up-upon) manner.
Meanwhile, I'm working on rotating my hours around again, so its now late, late, LATE o'-clock for me. I'll be heading off to bed real soon, and I should awake sometime between 10:00 PM tonight and 5:00 AM tomorrow morning. I greatly doubt I'll sleep until 5:00 am, but I'll set my alarm just in case, because that's when I have to get up to get ready for the local networking group breakfast meeting.
