Sort of. I don't think I've really been getting enough sleep the last 3 or 4 nights. It seems I always wake up tired. I got about 8 hours last night, but I feel like I hardly had any. I should concentrate on getting to bed early tonight.
Strangely, while I've been going to bed around 2300 and getting up before 0700 I've been waking up exhausted too. Last night I went to bed a little early and feel all right today. I don't think it's amount of sleep so much as quality. A certain little blue princess has been rather festive some nights and although I don't consciously wake up during one of her song-and-dance numbers (Steve does), I think it must disturb me.
