I'm awake again and only slightly hung over. Drinking a litre or two of water before bed usually prevents me having any nasty consequences in the morning. I feel like I should be posting a review of the party last night, but I dont' really have the time.

I will mention the personal observation that I seem not to be able to smell sex pheremones or whatever they are. I have read in 'literature' about the distinctive smell of a bedroom after a couple has had sex in it, and I've never smelled anything unusual. Last night there were a number of comments from women about the 'man musk' smell of

archdiva's bedroom. Again, I never smelled anything, and I tried.

I wonder if this contributed to me being a virgin for so long. If there is some sexual clue that I'm just not picking up, that may explain many things.

And on that note, I shall go back to my waking-up routine, since I have to head downtown shortly. I'll be meeting

sps for coffee and later heading over to Paradoxe for the Random Colour & Invisible! Concerts.

Tomorrow and Monday also look to be busy days. My Friday

willcodeforfood column is gonna be delayed, and possibly the monday

Clearly I need to work on having a 'buffer' to handle just such incidences as this.
