Brain Not Found

For the last two days I have not been able to think straight. I've been walking around in a fog. As a result I haven't exactly gotten a lot done. Today looks like its no different. I'll probably be going to bed early again, since I'm feeling sleepy all the time. I wonder if I'm coming down with something?

Oh boy. I'm barely old enough to have done a teeny little bit of VMS sysadmin, on a real VAX (not a MicroVAX or one of those OpenVMS-running Alpha systems). Good times.

I used to live on a 780. I had 4M of RAM, IIRC, and I was running an experimental Lisp system with 8M or so of heap. Guess what? I put a lot of effort into optimising the garbage collector....
