I got around seven hours sleep last night, and woke ridiculously early, unable to fall back asleep. So, I went through the normal morning rituals, read the paper, ate breakfast, etc. When I got around to sitting down and doing data entry I was suddenly overcome with sleepyness. I worked for a couple of hours anyway, but then I just had to go lay down for a nap. I set the alarm for 2 hours, but I somehow set it wrong because I slept for closer to six.
So, yeah I'm feeling much more rested now, but I've gone and completely screwed up my sleep schedule again.
