I had a long and very sound sleep last night. I got to bed around 7:00 pm (after having been awake since 6:00 pm-ish the previous day), and slept until around 10:00 am. Thats a LOT of sleep, and I do feel much more rested than before. What's more, it means my body has finally decided I'm allowed to get more than 8 hours sleep at a time. Occasionally it decides that, no matter how tired I am, I can only sleep 6-8 hours before I have to get up again, and it can take ages to convince it otherwise.
