swestrupI got 10 hours sleep last night and woke up this morning feeling alert and refreshed. Its now 5 hours later, and I'm exhausted again. I'll be heading downtown later to run some errands and such, but right now I'm thinking about a nap. Generally, I don't do naps very well -- they make me sleepier than I was before, but I'm thinking that maybe I ought to learn...
