Sleep.

Sleep did not go well. This has turned into the worst bout of insomnia I have ever had. I had planned to hit the sack by 8:00 pm, but somehow I wasn't in bed until 10:30. Then, I slept until 3:00 and couldn't fall back asleep until 6:00 am. I woke up at 9:00 and 10:00 and again at 11:00 and now I guess I'm up for today.

Bleah. I just wish I could sleep properly again.

Getting enough exercise? I find when the body is tired enough, the brain is forced to shut down - even in the presence of stress items...

Have you tried isometrics - those things we did back in gym class - push-ups, sit ups - those type of things, and using impromptu weights with a stringent form (I've done bicep curls and arm extensions with full orange juice jugs).

Stretches are important as well - I don't do enough, by far, and my hamstrings act like they have tendinitis because of it (way too tight, so when I walk fast, at times they pull...)

None of these are exciting, but discipline rarely is.
