I have so many priority one, ultra urgent things to do right now that everytime I think about getting started I get overwhelmed and end up vegging out for a few hours instead. This is not good. There are many things I should be doing right now, but there is nothing that I am actually doing.

How is the prep for NaNoWriMo progressing? Speaking of prep for writing, any good "how to" write or advice - seeing how you completed an article a day during the summer....

I haven't done much actual prep for NaNoWriMo, but on the other hand the ideas behind the novel I am going to write have been bouncing around in my head for over a year now, so I feel its time I started actually writing.

Oh, and I'm not sure that I have much in the way of advice other than saying I had to find ways to force myself to sit down and actually DO the work. That was the hardest part.
