Seven Blind Men.

STILL reading the backlog of recent LJ entries, even though I'm skimming. I just wanted to record here that I had an inspiration to write the parable of the seven blind men and the tyranosaurus. The first blind man stumbled upon the tail and found it very Thwack! Bang! Smash! and said nothing. The second stumbled upon the head and found it rather Crunch! Slurp! Gulp! and said nothing. The third... etc.

Not sure what the moral would be, except maybe that an absense of people talking doesn't mean nothing is going on...
