Almost Done.

Sometimes it seems like there's a bazillion things left to do, but the list is steadily growing smaller. Between now and 1:00 pm tomorrow I need to:

• finish packing my carry-on bag
• print out some technical documents to read on the trip.
• print out some porn to read on the trip
• Sleep.
• Leave out food and water for the cats.
• Wash the final handful of dirty dishes.
• Take the last load of scraps to the compost, and turn the compost.
• Store my HD backup in the safe.
  
• Water the flowers.
• Buy baking soda and elastoplast bandages at the pharmacy.
• Eat breakfast.
• Call xipetotec or blacksquiggles to let them know everything is on track.
• Call a cab to take me to the airport.
  

Tomorrow is going to be a VERY long day for me, but at the end of that long tunnel will be the light of reuniting with my sweetheart, taxlady.

Uh, nope. I don't even know any Dominique. On the other hand, I did once live in your neck of the woods. I lived in Osoyoos until I was around ten.

Really, you're from Osoyoos? (I knew you were from BC, but nothing more precise than that.) I drove through Osoyoos a couple months ago. There are some nice views of the town coming down into the valley. Weird semi-desert landscape there too.

And, cool idea, that! If (a very big if) I ever fly again, I'll be sure to remember that suggestion.

Oh, I'm bringing novels too, but I'm going to have rather limited access to the Internet for the next 3 weeks, so where else will I get my porn fix?
