Here's a heads-up on a prototype of a new PDA with a flexible screen that can unroll to larger than the PDA... Finally, E-Ink is going commercial.

Wow, I designed something exactly like this in 1997 in an undergraduate HCI course. I got a crappy grade on that project because the prof didn't believe it to be a feasible design. Grrr.

I seem to remember reading that the guy who started Fed Ex did a biz plan for a company like FedEx for a biz course and got a failing mark for that, because it wasn't feasible.
