I haven't really written anything substantial to this journal in a few weeks. I realize now that its mostly been because there have been more bad things happening than good. Oh, not really bad things, but bad enough that I haven't really wanted to talk about it.

In the last few days the rate of good things happening has finally overtaken the rate of bad things. This has made me more cheerful and optimistic for the future than I have been for a while.

p.s. i liked your article on feedback in companies and the receipe idea and the logic that you applied for how it should work... also, i liked the reply pointing on the recipe zaar... that site is cool

Thanks! One of the good things thats been happening lately is how well received the essays have been. I had expected a far weaker response from folks.
