That's what the doctor called it any way. A temporary blockage in one of my inner ear canals. How temporary? The Doc says it will clear itself up in anywhere from a few days to THREE FRICKIN WEEKS!  Man, I hope it clears up faster than that!

I was just reading about this. I'm sorry :(. Hopefully this will clear up within the next few days instead of weeks. All the best!

Oh fun. I had a bout of the viral labyrinthitits (how fitting, considering the name), a couple of years back. It took well over a month for mine to clear up completely. To this day, I never feel quite confortable with balancing acts that used to be second nature. I hope yours isnt as severe, and goes away much more quickly.

I had a blockage in my right ear for about three weeks. I mentioned it offhand when I was talking to my chiropractor, and he was able to correct it with one calculated tug on my ear.

I hate having a minotaur wandering round in my ear, myself....

I hope you and everyone else who is wandering around with mythological/etc. afflictions will get better.

After all, there you are with David Bowie's weird movie in your ear (tee-hee) and wintersweet has either dinosaurs or thunder or (I'm imagining) wild horses with poor spelling in the chest.

No, being sick in the summer sucks. So, y'all get better. And that's an order from the Queen of Outer Space!

Hugs,
H.
