Early Morning.
Jul. 18th, 2005 07:40 amWell, so far the whole 'rotate the hours' thing has worked. I've been spontaneously falling asleep around 9:00 pm at night and waking up at 7:00 am or so. Thats about 10 hours sleep a night, which is good. I think I needed to catch up.
Now to see if I actually get anything done. Yesterday I did some needful computer maintenance, and worked (ie sweltered) in the garden for a couple of hours. Not sure what the plan is for today yet.

Date: 2005-07-18 03:43 pm (UTC)That said, for me, now, the trick is to head off to bed the moment I first feel tired, even if its only 6:00 or 7:00 pm. If I stay awake after that, I'll be up until 3:00 am, but if I head to bed when I first feel tired, its much easier to fall asleep.
