Well, so far the whole 'rotate the hours' thing has worked. I've been spontaneously falling asleep around 9:00 pm at night and waking up at 7:00 am or so. Thats about 10 hours sleep a night, which is good. I think I needed to catch up.

Now to see if I actually get anything done. Yesterday I did some needful computer maintenance, and worked (ie sweltered) in the garden for a couple of hours. Not sure what the plan is for today yet.

What's your trick for falling asleep? These days I can't seem to be able to settle down until after midnight :-S

I tried to rotate my hours around by staying up later and later. It didn't work for me, maybe because I didn't try hard enough. I found it more do-able to get up progressively earlier every day...

*nods* yeah, tight over here too (took a break from working maself) I figure I'll play 2 games and just watch the rest :)
