I'm now awake and desperately drinking the caffeine! It is hot, hot, hot in my office and the delivery guys have just dropped off a new washer and dryer in our basement, after hauling away the old crap.

Now, all I need is hat made of ice so that I can think.

That needs to be in nethack. It gives you one extra turn plus one per level when you step into the fire (though you still take half your hit points each turn). It makes your brain freeze in cold environments, though.

the sad thing is wheni read this i sat there and figured out the best way to make an ice hat *sighs*
