Current evidence is that the delayed plan from wednesday (delayed from the wednesday before, and the wednesday before that...) may actually happen today.

Sounds like fun! For once both taxlady and I are free and will do our best to be there.

I know that the brunch happens in the old forum at 10:30, but I don't know anything else about it. What is the restaurant that it is held in, and what kind of brunch is is, a buffet?

Nope, it's at the Eggspectations. It's a sit-down breakfast place which also happens to serve lunch foods (hence "brunch"). Expect to spend between $6 and $15 depending on your tastes and appetite and whether you order something from their ridiculously-priced "fruit bar" which is good but, as I mentioned, ridiculously priced.

Yay for you and your sweetie coming by!

Anyway, if you come in the Atwater entrance, it's immediately to your right. Look for Chris, he's usually on time. :)

It turns out that S. who I had the delayed plans with, took great offense at me complaining about the delays. I understand why she was offended, and I'd just like to publicly say I'm Sorry about that.

After a lot of reflection I've decided to leave this post here since it

a) did reflect my own frustrations, and this is a blog about *me* after all.
b) I can't see how deleting the post will undo any of the harm.
