bittorrent-positive ISP

According to this slashdot article, an ISP called Hurricane Electric has created a new bittorrent service. Now paying customers can upload files to the ISP, and it will seed them and run a tracker on the clients behalf. What's more, all files shared in this way DO NOT count against user bandwidth quotas. Nifty!

Now thats a damn cool idea. I wouldn't have 70 gig a month against me if I could do that. :)
