Quantum Darwinism?

swestrupIs it just me, or does this article in Nature about Quantum Darwinism sound like baloney to any one else as well? It seems to rely upon the Copenhagen Interpretation of quantum mechanics which was disproved less than 6 months ago, or am I just confused?
