- Red Wine - 150 ml/day
- Dark Chocolate - 100 g/day
- Fruits and Vegetables - 400 g/day
- Fresh Garlic - 2.7 g/day
- Almonds - 68 g/day
- Fresh Fish - 4 x 114 / week
