Researchers have invented a diet that they claim reduces heart disease risks by 76%. Dubbed the 'polymeal' diet, it recommends the following foods:
  • Red Wine - 150 ml/day
  • Dark Chocolate - 100 g/day
  • Fruits and Vegetables - 400 g/day
  • Fresh Garlic - 2.7 g/day
  • Almonds - 68 g/day
  • Fresh Fish - 4 x 114 / week
I can certainly imagine far worse diets to be on.
