Did that thing.
Oct. 10th, 2004 12:45 amI've now got all 6 flavors of IMAP/POP correctly configured and working as desired. I've also got smtp to accept client-side certs for relay authentication. All I have left is to get SASL, smtps and mail-relay-TLS configured and up, and then I've finally got the basics of a mail system with modern encryption. After that, I need to automate a few things, get the spam, virus, open-relay and general-purpose mail filters working, and the mail system will finally be DONE!
So, today I feel accomplished, and tomorrow I plan to party, so all is right with the world.
