swestrupWell, I seem to exist, but my scale says there's signifigantly less of me than there used to be. Today for the first time my morning weight was under 275 pounds. That means I've lost 25 pounds since announcing I was at 300 a few months ago. Still a long way to go, but I thought I would announce the 25-pound decrements, so folks who don't see me regularly would know I was still losing the weight, without being bored by regular updates.
