I want a new plan.

So, I need a plan for today, since it looks like I'm not going downtown. On the other hand, it is currently lovely and cool in my office, so I guess I should get some work done. But first -- Breakfast!

Well, the line's supposed to be "I want a new drug", but what *I* needed was a plan...

And its funny, I've got tons of Weird Al's stuff, and have never even heard of "I want a new duck". I'll have to look for it!
