I simply could not sleep last night, and ended up being awake until 6:00 am. So even though its now noonish, I've only had 6 hours sleep. I think it may not be coincidence that I had my first non-decaf coffee that morning. It used to be coffee had very little effect on me, but I seem to be getting ever more sensitive to it as I age. I think I'm going back to nothing but decaf for a bit.
