swestrupHad a bad day today. I set out hoping for a major reduction in stress levels, only to have enough things go wrong that they ended up being raised precipitiously.
In the end I found I was still so tense I couldn't sleep, so I've watched mindnumbing TV for the last 3 hours to calm myself down.
I would give more details, but I don't want to work myself up again.
Now, I'll try to sleep.
