Another Morning.

Another morning when the alarm went off at 6:00 am so that I could be awake when the contractors come at 8:00 am to continue work on the basement. And looking at the clock, that is soon, so maybe I should put some pants on?

And... Breathe!

Today is the first day in over a week where I don't have some looming deadline that I must work towards. There's still a lot of work I need to do, some of it more urgent now because I neglected it in favour of the stuff that absolutely had to be done, but nothing will blow up if its not done today. I find it to be a bit of a relief!

So, today I'm mainly relaxing. That doesn't mean I'm not doing anything, just that today I'm concentrating on the myriad of small jobs that have been piling up, none of which are urgent. For example: mailing this money order I've had sitting on my desk for two weeks.

No Cell For Now.

taxlady's cell phone has broken and so she's borrowedstolen mine for the duration. Thus, it is currently not possible to call me on my cell.
