I need to get out of the house today and stretch my legs, but I'm not sure where to go or what to do. Being in the West Island on a Sunday is like living in the desert. There just isn't much going on nearby.

Since I was feeling a bit down earlier, taxlady and I went out for supper at Shahi Palace, one of my favorite eating spots. We stuffed ourselves and the bill was less than $30, including a generous tip. I did go slightly over my carb max for the day, but only by a small amount. The outing pretty much did the trick though and I'm in a much better mood right now, and my tummy is the happy!
