Aug. 22nd, 2006 01:08 amThe biggest problem with ignoring my diet yesterday is that today I'm having to get over major carb cravings. My body had more carbohydrates yesterday than it usually does, by far, and it liked it. As a consequence although I stuffed myself at supper and had a late snack at midnight, I just had to go and get myself some sausages and cheese.
Its NOT what my body is asking for, but the only way I've found to beat the carb cravings is to have eat so much low-carb stuff that my body just gives up in disgust at my inability to give it what its asking for. (This counts as one of those Things I Have Learned From My Cats.)
