I've been trying to make a habit of at least stepping outside every day when its sunny. There has not been enough sun in my life lately, and I don't want this summer to zoom by while I spend it in air-conditioned indoor gloom. So far, I've been keeping it up. I think its also been helping with my sleeping, but its too soon to tell.

Now, I need to get my act together, finish this coffee, get dressed and head out the door, as I plan to spend the day downtown. I've got a breakfast meeting with [livejournal.com profile] kalkuly and supper plans with [livejournal.com profile] sps and/or [livejournal.com profile] les_nuages.

So, have a good day, everyone!

Long Day.

I had planned to be asleep long before now. Oh well, it was a fun day.

I had breakfast with [livejournal.com profile] kalkuly and chatted with her until she had to head off to her job, and then I sat and read in Cafes until [livejournal.com profile] sps got out of his job. We met up with [livejournal.com profile] les_nuages and went for supper at "pho 2000". The food was plentiful and really good, but somewhat higher carb than I was hoping for. I'd have come out within carb budget for the day if I hadn't had the spring rolls, but they were too yummy to resist. As was, the finally tally has me at twice my daily limit. Oops.

Still, that's not terrible, in the big scheme of things. I walked a bunch and even twice my current daily limit is less than the limit set by many diets.

Also, today [livejournal.com profile] sps explained a workable theory of reverse dutch auctions with exponential pig decay. I've been in need of one of those.
