So, we gots the new web server up and running. Its not yet doing the full job we want it to, since we have to have a talk with a couple of external name services, but at least it is now
serving the pages that used to be served from my personal machine. Now folks looking at images in my old journal entries should notice a definite speedup in the delivery of the pages.
I don't want to jinx anything, but now that we have a basic infrastructure 90% in place, we should find things a lot easier from here on.
