(no subject)

No, I'm not awake yet. I haven't even gone to bed yet. Well, that's not true. I went to bed, I just didn't sleep. ARGGGGGHHH! Sometimes it is extremely vexing that I can't just shut off like taxlady can. I lie awake thinking about a million-and-one things, and I all I really want to do is make it all quiet down for a bit so I can get some shut eye.

On top of all of that, I strongly suspect we'll have guests arriving in a few hours. Oh well, such is life. So long as I have an hour to wake up before folks arrive, I shouldn't look TOO much like a zombie. So, now that I've vented a bit, I'll go back and try that to do that sleep thing again...

(And don't anyone dare use my sleeplessness as an excuse to not visit! That would just make me feel even MORE lame than I feel right now!)
