Civ III just died on me in the middle of World War II, and I hadn't saved since the early 1800's. Bleah. Oh well, I guess that means that I should actually try and get some work done tomorrow. Not that I wasn't productive today. Between bouts of Civ 3, I spent some time moving files around in my office and throwing out the more obviously obsolete ones. (ATM receipts from 1985???, project notes from my first summer job, 20 years ago???)
This was so that I could empty my under-utilized filing cabinet so that it could go down into the basement where
taxlady has her office. She has far more files than I do, and is getting more, where I've had a policy of trying to scan and store all of the old paper files I think are worth keeping. That way they get backed up with the rest of my computing infrastructure.
Oh well, its now getting late and I should therefore be thinking about bed, but I don't think I'm tired enough yet. I guess that last 14-hour sleeping bout did the trick.
