When I finally fell asleep I slept for 11 hours. Thats not actually enough, but I awoke without a headache and decided that trying to get more sleep might bring on a migraine. So, now I'm drinking the morning coffee and checking out LJ. Once I'm fully awake I'll try to make a start on the various chores that I had planned to do yesterday.

Sleep must be nice. I'm still awake... yay. Watching Buffy - Season 3. Yay, again. :)

Doh! I wrote a reply but when I previewed it I got a "Cannot find Server" error and lost it!

What I said was, I have had very similar sleeping patterns to you in the past. Awake at night, asleep during the day and sleeping long hours only to wake up feeling crappy. Nowadays I am much more settled and back to a normal sleeping routine, minus the occasional late night or nap during the day. ;)

It's amazing what coffee and not having to go to work the next day can do to your sleeping pattern!

I never had any trouble sleeping until I was a little older and began stressing about things that us adults stress about. Money, job, family, friends, relationships etc.

I feel for your situation right now and am in a similar predicament myself.
