Here's a company that will retro-fit a wine cellar into any home that is sitting on dirt. They bore a cylindrical hole in the floor, and install a spiral stair and corkscrew-shaped wine shelves.

Of course, in my house it would have to go in the basement, and I'd then need to find some way to afford to fill it with wine, but that's all just details...

Er, not wanting to put too fine a point on it, but I think in your basement it would be more likely to fill with sh*t :-}.

But also:

1 cup sewage + 1 barrel sewage = sewage.
