Holy Response-Time Batman!

I just got an email. That huge amount of paperwork that I spent hours wading through and my lengthy and detailed response to it has already been processed in a way I find satisfactory. I had NOT expected that. I think this job has now become more than 95% likely to happen, and in the very immediate future, to boot.

I'm beginning to wonder if they'll give me a chance to organize a party before I'm out of here! Things now seem to be happening very fast...

Yeah, this is the job in Santa Clara. I would have to relocate for 3 months, but there would not be any permanent move as it would be a short-term contract. Linda and the Cat would be staying here and taking care of things while I'm gone.

I'm trying hard not to stress over the logistics of relocating and having to find a furnished apt down there. I'm taking this one day at a time right now.
