Dream Imagining.

swestrupRecent advances have begun to make it possible to study the brains of dreaming people and begin to figure out what they are dreaming about. One team made a robot that acts out the various body positions it can determine dreamer is dreaming of making.
This article talks about some of the ramifications of actually being able to record our dreams and play them back when awake. One that isn't mentioned is that I would really like to know what my friends look like in my dreams. I'm 99 44/100ths sure that there would only be a passing resemblance, since my dream images (as best I can recall) strongly reflect my feelings for them. All of my good friends are absolutely beautiful in my dreams, regardless of what they look like in real life.
I just wish I had a photograph to show some of them so they'd know how my mind's eye sees them.
