Usually, I don't mind the fact (at all) that the Internet is chocked full of porn, but sometimes its really inconvenient. I've been looking for a recording of a nursery song called 'playmates'. This is a very problematic word to google for, if what you want is a nursery rhyme...

On google, that works for avoiding the playboy stuff, but doesn't actually help in finding an .mp3. On P2P networks, that doesn't work at all.

I think this is one of those nursery songs that goes through a lot of child-driven variation.

The version I knew as a kid was:

Cee-Cee, my playmate,
come out and play with me.
And bring your dollies three.
Climb up my apple tree,
slide down my rainbow,
into my pot of gold.
And we'll be jolly friends,
forever more.

And D knew:

Cee-Cee, my playmate,

And that other version someone posted is completely unfamiliar to me. That's going to be the version that exists in one particular place.

Yup, that's the song, but the small bit I remember went something like:

Ah, but I don't want lyrics. I want a recorded song. Its a nursery rhyme, so there should be public domain recordings. Haven't found one yet.

Of COURSE it's for porn! Curiously enough, someone put together a little song and animated number proving just that.

Finally tying it all together in a nice circle with the original request, it is done in the style of a kid's song.
