No, not breathing! That's the other other kind.

I woke up this morning with CSS structures dancing in my head (not necessarily what I would have chosen to dream about...) and I *think* I now know an alternative way to structure my CMS skin so that IE doesn't have cows. The problem is, of course, that IE ALWAYS has cows, and its likely that this new structure will manage to avoid all the bugs that I am currently dealing with, only to highlight another dozen that I've never heard of before...

The big question is whether I want to spend yet another day beating my head against IE in frustration, or to spend it, you know, getting stuff done, for a change.

Hoo boy do I know how you feel :/

I'm staying on 6 because OF COURSE 7 displays css differently - and everyone else on the team has 7 so we use my box to test.... Oh! Wait! One person has the 6 standalone... oh.. wait.. no... it totally crapped out on him.

Hate IE. hatehatehate

I wonder if there are any automated tools to identify places in a document where browsers will react differently. I'd settle for a good reference that included notes on the exceptions.
