I am sitting here, drinking coffee and eating the last of the cheese from my breakfast of cheese and meatballs. Maybe its my Scandinavians roots. (I'm descended from the Vikings on my father's side, and the Magyars on my Mom's. I'm sort of a clash-of-barbarians, but I digress.) Whatever the reason, I REALLY like cheese. I just noticed myself humming happily to myself as I munched the last of the cheddar. So, nothing profound to say this morning, except that how bad can a day be if it starts with good cheese?
