The Ancient Yummarians Would Approve!

So, ONE thing did go right today. I made myself a supper using the last of the hamburger and the last of the frozen veggies. (There really wasn't enough left to feed two people, so it worked out well that Terry is out tonight and taxlady wasn't interested.)

I'm not sure how I managed to get the proportions exactly right when cooking for one, since all my experience with the two dishes I cooked (Philly Hash and Veggies Masala, if you care) were with cooking for 2 or 3 people. Today I was cooking for one and I wasn't sure it was even a good idea, since my appetite has been here-then-gone all day.

Anyway, I cooked it, and I ate it, and boy am I glad I did! It came out exactly right, and I loved it!

Anyway, I just thought I should share that.
