Font Embedding?

swestrupI'm thinking of playing around with embedding a few custom fonts on my webpage. The fonts themselves are open source, but I can't find any .pfr or .eot versions of them, so I was thinking of making them myself. The problem is, I can't find an open source product that can create a .pfr font. Does such a thing exist?

Edit: Nevermind. Further research has shown that the current state of font embeddng is so messed up its not worth bothering with. *sigh*.
